Invitation: Co-Curate North-East End of Project Celebration and Learning Day

Tuesday March 17th 2015
Space 4/5, Culture Lab, Newcastle University

I have great pleasure in inviting you to join us for the Co-Curate end of project celebration and learning day. Co-Curate North East is an Arts & Humanities Research Council funded project which brings together online collections, museums, universities, schools and community groups to make and re-make stories and images from North East England. You can find out more about the project at https://co-curate.ncl.ac.uk

Over the last year and a half we’ve been working with a range of schools, community groups and associations to help them co-create digital archives and make these openly available on line. We would be delighted if you would join us to find out about the projects and to discuss the experience of engaged research practice and what we have learned as a research community.

Representatives from several groups will be on hand to present their projects, and there will be demonstrations of the interactive Co-Curate website.

We do hope you will be able to join us. Please click on the following link that will take you to the booking form: http://forms.ncl.ac.uk/corporate_form.php?id=7759

Places are limited so please reserve your space now. Deadline for responses is Friday 13th March.
